I CAN'T BELIEVE IT.

How did he find me so fast? What the hell was I thinking?

My shoulder is still taking some time to heal, but the cut across my ribs is better. I don't think that one will even leave that big a scar, either.

I've gotten rid of that motorcycle and traded it in for another. Maybe it was bugged..? I guess I'll never know now.

I've been moving from hotel to hotel the last few days. Maybe after another week of this, I'll be able to find a small place where I can hide out for awhile.

Maybe I should get a really big, fierce dog to protect me.

Hey, the name is Matt Engarde, former big action star. I'm sure most of you have heard of me. I know these online journals are really popular right now, and I used to keep one updated all the time before I got sent to the slammer, so I figured I'd try it out again. If anything, it's a nice way to meet new people.

I got released two (or maybe three) weeks ago and have been on the road a lot. I only recently returned to L.A.

I am trying to locate my cat, Shoe. I haven't seen him in two years and no one seems to know just where he went. Was he taken to a shelter? Adopted? I got no clue, but I will not stop looking until I find him.

So if any of you have any idea where my cat is, I'd really appreciate some help. And I'd totally leave you a nice fat reward too.

Name: Matt Engarde
Age: 23
Occupation: Former Action Star, now unemployed. (This is because he does not want to let Shelly to find him- He has enough money to sustain him for now, while he continues to hide from the assassin.)

Brief History: Matt Engarde was once a very popular actor on the children's show The Nickel Samurai, but his rivalry with one Juan Corrida (also an actor on a other children's show) brought his fame to a very early end. Having known and hated each other most of their lives, both men knew nearly everything about one another and always tried to one-up against the other. Until the Grand Prix award for Hero of Heroes was given to Matt.

That was enough to send Juan off the deep end and set his plan into action. unfortunately for him, Matt was always one step ahead and this time was no exception. Having already hired an assassin, Matt took a nap while Juan was strangled to death in his dressing room. Matt's manager at the time, Adrian Andrews, decided to frame him for the murder (she also had her own reasons for hating the action star.)

After a long and very confusing investigation and trial, the defense attorney Phoenix Wright confronted the assassin, Shelly de Killer, to tell him what Matt said to him just the night before- that Matt planned on blackmailing the assassin with a video tape he got of the murder.

Choosing between prison and a waiting assassin ready for revenge, Matt happily took the prison sentence and was sent to jail. But recently he has been let out... ((I just stuck to the basic plot, if you'd like more, let me know~ I can write a lot about Matt.))
